How BonusStats is made: research, a data table, texts, checks on the texts, corrections.
How we work
- ResearchWe read bonus details on the operators' own websites and in their bonus terms and T&C. We add review and comparison sites such as Casino Guru, AskGamblers and LCB. For every value we note the source and the day we read it.
- Data tableAll values go into one table. A value without a source is not published. Where sources disagree, the text says so. If a figure comes only from a review site and not from the operator, we name that site.
- TextsThe texts are written with the help of AI, based on this table.
- ChecksEvery text is checked against the table, one fact at a time. Page titles and page descriptions are checked too.
- CorrectionsMismatches are corrected; anything we cannot back up is removed. The "as of" date on a value shows when the data was last updated.
What we do not do
We do not deposit at any casino, we do not test withdrawals and we do not give grades. Bonus terms change; the operator's current terms are what counts.
